I am Miia Grénman, a consumer researcher, wellness specialist, and positive psychology practitioner. In my work as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Jyväskylä and University of Turku, I focus on wellness consumption and practices, eudaimonic well-being, and a good and meaningful life.
